*Job Summary:
The sales executive is responsible for selling the allocated space of an event prior to its occurence.He/she puts all his/her potential to provide quality service to acquire new exhibitors, retain and penetrate existing exhibitors with new offerings.
*Job Duties and Responsibilties:
-Maximize profitability of each Exhibition by Leveraging supplier opportunities, maximizing square meters' sales.
-Manage exhibition files ensuring that internal processes are fully adhered to and on pre-agreed timelines.
-Liaise with clients, internal company's resources and suppliers as directed, professionally, efficiently and on time.
-Support projects' managers in exhibitions startup and logistics.
-Assist the exhibitions' project managers in the implementation of an overall sales and marketing plan for designated exhibitions including intensive telesales activities.
-Continually update Qatar GM through progress reports on the status of each task.
-Contribute towards the development of exhibitor and visitor databse relevant to assigned exhibitions.
-Work in line with the operations department's strategy whilst following policies and guidelines.
-Establish sales campaign for each exhibition in coordination with the PM.
-Follow-up on existing customers and present any up-coming exhibition that would be interesting for them to participate in.
-Close deals with interested customers, sign exhibitors contracts and forward it to the management.
-Visit potential clients Marketing Managers, General Managers, CEOs or Business Development Managers when needed.
