iSTYLE ME operates one of the largest chain of Apple stores in CEMEA (Central Europe Middle East & Africa) running more than 30 stores across the Middle East and Eastern Europe.



Established in 2005 in the UAE, iSTYLE was quick to dominate the Apple Retail market positioning space in tier A high traffic locations capitalizing on wider shopping mall/high street traffic - current UAE locations include Dubai Festival City, Ibn Battuta Mall, Abu Dhabi Mall, The Dubai Mall, Marina Mall Abu Dhabi and Mirdif City Center. Other Middle East stores spread across Lebanon & Saudi Arabia.



As a retail Sales Executive at iSTYLE, your responsibilities include:



- Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Guest Service.



- Ensuring the provision of the highest standards of customer service and the achievement of maximum sales.



- Ensure that the shop is kept clean and tidy at all times.



- Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, promotions and advertisements.



- Serving customers efficiently and guide them in finding the suitable product for their needs.



- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.



- Watching for and recognizing security risks and thefts, preventing or handling these situations as fast as possible in order to minimize losses.



- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, security practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention in order to ensure store policies are adhered to at all times.



- Be enrolled on ASTO (Apple Sales Training Online) and maintain a title of APP (Apple Product Professional) or the highest title available, this needs to be maintained regularly.



- Be constantly compliant in all required training.



- Complete tasks assigned by management and that are in your scope of work.



- Upselling of products and services



- Reports to Shop Manager / General Manager
