• Carrying out the day-to-day functions of Residential & Commercial Sales & Leasing either independently or in conjunction with other sales/leasing Consultants.

• Follow up and execute organizational goals to ensure increment of the market share and profitability of the product and / or services.

• Obtain Agent Seller and Agent Buyer agreements from property owners and prospective buyers in place so as to initiate the transaction.

• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.

• Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold, in order to determine its competitive market price.

• Generate lists of properties for sale, their locations and descriptions, and available financing options, using market intelligence.

• Assisting property owners in valuing an accurate price for their property.

• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.

• Guiding clients to ensure a smooth transition of sale.

• Liaising with your agent team mates and Managers to achieve the best possible results and service.

• Taking photos of the property and assist on marketing materials.

• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.

• Follow up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available.

• Evaluate documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.

• Stay up beat with information. Maintain knowledge of real estate law, local economies, fair housing laws, and types of available mortgages &financing options

• Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.

• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.

• Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.

• Conduct viewings post conducting due diligence on the property in question

• Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms and assist the client for financing of property purchases.

• Appraise property values, assessing income potential when relevant.

• Maintain awareness of growth possibilities of the area where a property is located

• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.

• Ensure smooth transaction while executing RERA formalities.
