Our client, a well known FMCG company is currently recruiting for a Marketing Reporting Accountant. You will be directly reporting to the Corporate Accounting Manager



Job Purpose Statement:

Responsible for marketing expense budgeting, PO approval process, payment, reporting, and other duties as assigned by accounting manager.



Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Assist Markets control actual Advertisement and Promotion expense (A&P) with budget

• Assist A&P PO/ invoice payment approval process and ensure markets using the correct ITG categories and following policies

• Record A&P daily accounts payable entry, prepare A&P payment according to payment term, reply A&P related payment questions from markets or vendors.

• Perform monthly closing process including close the daily entry before deadline, providing A&P accrual number, apply group A&P support, A&P analysis report.

• Prepare budget vs Actual follow-up reports to markets monthly and communicate with budget owners

• Reconcile and check A&P inter-company recharges from Controller system.

• Prepare A&P budget template files to markets every LE and responsible for uploading A&P budget number and provide A&P budget reports

• Amend or initiate A&P related policies

• Participate in A&P system project

• Ad hoc assignments may be required from time to time
