• Develop, Implement and maintain Fire Safety strategy in line with HSE strategy, vision and mission

• Establish and implement Fire Safety Framework integrating policies, processes and practices to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, international standards and best practices

• Provide input to develop, Implement and maintain Fire Safety Policies, Processes and Practices for strategy implementation at Corporate, Verticals and shared services

• Support effective implementation of Business Continuity Management, in specific to Risk Management, Business Impact analysis and Crisis Management

• Perform continuous review and make necessary changes to the Fire Safety systems to support HSE core objectives

• Assist in benchmarking of internal processes against best practice in pursuit of more efficient departmental processes which result in enhanced and intelligent solutions

• Performs other HSE related duties or ad-hoc assignments as advised by HSE Director / HSE Head

• Assist in ensuring Fire Safety System roles, responsibilities, accountability and authority are defined, documented and communicated

• Lead participation in good Fire Safety practices and support for its Fire Safety policy and objectives, from all those involved by a process of consultation, communication and participation

• Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with all relevant internal/external stakeholders (such as internal departments/functions, government entities, regulatory authorities, external auditors, business units, business partners, service providers, customers, etc.) to ensure critical HSE aspects are addressed and required services are delivered in the most effective manner.

• Create, administer, update and maintain current Fire Safety processes and procedures online in the

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with relevant governmental agencies

• Identify fire hazards and risks in order to take corrective action

• Advice and plan changes in older buildings to make them safer

• Evaluate all applicable federal, local, codes, orders, standards and other requirements, register and communicate to stake holders

• Conduct Fire Risk Assessments and recommend measures to improve facilities and activities during design, construction, commissioning and operation phases

• Monitor, measure and report verticals level of compliance with identified legal and other requirements

• Study dangerous processes or materials and create Fire safety measures for handling them.

• Create methods dealing with fire prevention.

• Inspect buildings and homes for dangerous fire hazards and Suggest ways to minimize dangers.

• Inspect buildings to determine causes of fire, Identify potential fire hazards in buildings, such as water supplies, exit locations, and construction materials.

• Review site, construction, sprinkler, standpipe, fire alarm, and all other system plans to ensure that they conform to the applicable regulations, standards, and codes.

• Evaluate and review sprinkler systems, fire main installations, detection and alarm systems, smoke control systems, and other fire protection components.

• Evaluate sprinkler, fire suppression and fire alarm shop drawings and calculations to ensure compliance with applicable codes, ordinances, and standards

• Act as a technical resource for incident commanders by providing information concerning Fire detection and protection components

• Provide training with regards to fire science, fire protection components, Fire prevention, fire inspections and investigation

• Educate the stake holders on fire safety techniques through presentations, demonstrations, and informational references.

• Develop and establish Emergency Plans, escape routes and participate in Business Continuity Management activities
