Our client, an international leader in consumer goods industry is seeking to recruit a Customer Service & Supply Chain Coordinator. You will be directly reporting to the Customer Service & Supply Chain Manager



JOB SUMMARY

To be responsible for the "Order To Cash" & "Supply Chain" processes for customers in the Middle East & South Asia territories.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS

• Responsible for the complete order processing from validation to order placement and invoicing.

• Responsible for the customer relationship management and to act as a liaison between customers and Sales/Marketing or any internal department for all CS & SC related matters.

• Responsible for the coordination with the various 3PL / forwarders regarding the logistics/Tranportation to ensure on time shipment & accuracy of documentation at origin and to destination.

• Responsible to organize fully compliant shipments to markets as per the agreed payment terms & incoterms.

• Responsible for the complete supply Chain coordination with the factories & distribution centers to ensure ON TIME IN FULL orders with the aim to have minimum back orders per shipment.

• Responsible for maintaining complete audit records for orders validation, invoicing and shipping.

• Responsible for KPIs reporting: Order validation/invoicing accuracy/OTIF/Documents dispatch.

• Responsible to carry complete follow up to ensure customers satisfaction up until the clearance is completed and goods are delivered to customers warehouses.

• Responsible for customers complaints management and resolution as per the agreed KPIs.

• Responsible for cost verification of all outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and on time payment to all 3PL/forwarders.

• Responsible for circulating weekly orders status updates to the assigned accounts giving a complete overview on the existing situation of orders & Proformas.

• Responsible for the comparison of orders Vs forecast to support with the existing projects aimed at improving forecasting accuracy.

• To work with Accounts Receivables team to ensure customer invoices, credits and debits are processed in a timely manner.



KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Effective communication.

• Proactiveness and clear understanding of the process and customer requirements/ expectations.

• Proper record is kept as per our internal control procedures & guidelines.

• To complete the order confirmation & follow up sheet for our internal reference & further KPIs measurements: The sheet covers information on the life cycle of each order + all incidents occurred.

• To respect and meet the set KPIs: Order validation within 24 hours / On time delivery ETD VS requested date / Order Shipment completion % / Invoicing & documentation accuracy / On time documents dispatch within 24 hours from invoicing for open credit orders and 1 week for orders against letter of credit.

• To show a high spirit and team work to be able to effectively communicate and work with the other departments to meet the company’s targets and objectives.

• To Champion his/her own idea to contribute to the success of the position and the overall success and improvement of the department.
