A leading multinational automotive organization is seeking to recruit an Aftersales Assistant Manager.

The job holder will be responsible of managing the Aftersales - Parts Operations to meet the company’s target.



The responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Management of Aftersales activities and promotions

• Conduct process reviews to increase part sales

• Conduct surveys, evaluation and analysis

• Create marketing plans & conduct various parts promotions & campaigns in coordination with the advertising agency

• Respond to Customers enquiries when needed

• Focus on Customer Satisfaction

• Prepare monthly/annual reports

• Business planning, pricing and budgeting

• The role will involve travelling to the MENA countries whenever needed
