Our client, a multinational Financial Services provider is currently recruiting for a Card Design Support Consultant . You will be reporting directly to the Reports to CEMEA Client and Product/Brand Marketing Head



This is a contracting staffing role under Manpower for a contract period of 1 year (Renewable depending on company requirements and/or individual performance).



Purpose:

Brand Design and Standards function is part of the CEMEA Marketing department. Its purpose is to protect the brand, to maintain the brand promise of global acceptance, ensuring that all cards issued in the CEMEA region will be accepted, whilst strengthening Brand Equity.



Primarily role of the position is to support the Card Design team in ensuring that issuers and manufacturers comply with Company’s Product Brand Standards International Operating Regulations for cards and other branded payment devices.



Principal Responsibilities:

• Manage and review daily submissions of card and device designs and artwork from clients and manufacturers in countries around the CEMEA region in line with agreed SLA’s.

• Support Card Design team in the management of affinity and co-brand program applications and approvals

• Interface with Company’s clients and vendors to provide brand guidance and approval confirmations on card design submissions.

• Provide support to the Card Design team in resolving card design and card innovation queries and issues raised by internal and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptions are quickly escalated as necessary

• Assist with the evolution, communication and implementation of Company’s card design standards amongst all stakeholders

• Support the Card Design team with the management of the regional card design help desk
