Responsible for achieving the collection tele-calling targets assigned to him/her.

Ensure achievement of both the efficiency & effectiveness targets for the cases assigned to him/her (up to 180 days past due).

Ensure the daily work list for tele-calling is completed by the end of day & all cases feedback is updated duly onto the Collections system.

Adopt a customer centric approach without compromising on collections efficiencies.

To adhere to the collections scripts while interacting with the bank’s customers.

To provide feedback & escalate any exception cases to the Supervisor.

Should be punctual at work & ensure shift discipline as & when introduced by the Collections Supervisor.

To ensure there is no breach to the local laws, policies & guidelines as laid down by the bank & the other regulatory authorities.
