The Role:
In compliance with Zain's guidelines, Team Leader need to create a stable and growing portfolio of HV-clients, lead teams to maximum performance, increase customer loyalty, retain existing customers and increase the HV profile on a quarterly basis. Team Leaders are expected to maintain team performance, people development and aligned with the company's vision at all times. HV Team Leaders are expected to report to Management on a monthly basis with the status of their portfolio.
