- Answer all calls coming in on the main switch board, taking telephone messages for members and staff that are not available and referring callers on to other staff where appropriate.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality when dealing with all
requests, correspondence, deliveries, filing, photocopying,
telephone calls and relaying messages.
- Keep up to date with current promotions and offers, to provide information to callers.
- Need to have good experience in Social media Network, Need to maintain company Facebook, Twitter and Forums for time to time.
- Deliver excellent customer service, at all times.
