On behalf of a multinational FMCG company we are seeking a Supervisor, Construction Management to be based in their Riyadh Head office.



Reporting to the Construction Management Director you will manage, monitor and supervise all construction, re-imaging, refurbishing and maintenance projects in order to ensure that consultants and contractors meet the company’s performance targets and standards.



Project Engineering & Planning

• Review preliminary designs and report results

• Review the drawings needed for obtaining government approvals

• Assist in planning project activities to support company in achieving its short and long term strategic goals



Vendor Selection

• Assist in qualifying/selecting consultants and construction contractors



Project Supervision

• Assist in managing and monitoring project activities to achieve project targets and objectives

• Ensure compliance of reimaging and new stores with the company standards

• Coordinate with contractors and consultants regarding the submittals and work progress

• Study progress payments, final settlements, and variation orders submitted by the contractors

• Review and supervise stores audit, refurbishing schedules and store closure process

• Supervise the stores’ maintenance work as per the support request

• Implement and execute the divisional guidelines, policies and procedures



People Management

• Supervise, guide and assist direct reports to perform their daily activities in accordance with the policies and procedures

• Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching of direct reports

• Promote a high-performance working environment and the Company's values
