JOB PURPOSE:

Performing compression and coating of company products



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Performing all compression operation according to written SOPs

• Preparing of coating solution and perform coating operation according to the written SOPs

• Review of information of received granules and tablets before production and weighing yield of each step

• Record of all operating parameters as specified in the Batch Manufacturing Records and signing each step done

• Immediate reporting and recording of any observed deviations to supervisor of manager of the department

• Achieve daily output of production in full accordance of GMP rules

• Perform daily cleaning of the production area and machines according to schedule and SOPs and sign relevant log books

• Gowning according to standard procedures laid down by Company

• Perform any other assigned function according to work needs

• Respect of SANOFI code of ethics and country rules

• Full respect of entry and exit times

• Respect of Company HSE

• Follow the approved HSE policy and requirements

• Operating machines and equipment in a safe way

• Waste management according to the approved system

• Follow all the statutory legalization concerning Health, Safety and environmental law
