Thomas Thor Associates, an international recruitment company, have recently opened an office in Abu Dhabi. This expansion follows the strategy of the group to expand outside the European Nuclear market following the increasing demand from our clients in the Middle-East and North Africa (MENA) region.



This position is to support the Head of MENA Business. As Office Administrator Support you will work closely with the Head of MENA business to ensure the smooth running of the office and manage some of the interfaces with our clients. You will also assist with all administrative tasks resulting from the Head of MENA business sales and operations activities and these will have to do either with back office or client’s back office. The role will therefore involve a combination of office and client or supplier facing work.



The activities/responsibilities will be split in three different groups including office management, client administrative interface and contractors/placed candidates interface. They will include:



- Documents management while interfacing with clients

- Interact and manage relationships with client’s operational

staff counterparts

- Documents management while interfacing with

contractors/placed candidates

- Help and assist new contractors/placed candidates in

settling into their new environment

- Office Management including suppliers management,

invoicing and supply administrative support to the Head of

Mena business
