PURPOSE

To provide support in developing frameworks and overseeing implementation of OD projects in areas of: Organizational Structure; Polices, Systems and Processes; Performance Management; Behavioral and Technical competencies and Pay Scales to enhance quality & efficiency across firm operations and the education system at large.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Review and advice on prospective changes to organizational structure and functional statements on periodic basis;

Draft Position Master Change, create business case justifying the need for change and send for approvals as mandated;

Review all firm processes to ensure functions are clearly owned by an organisational unit (demonstrated by documentation in functional statements), and that process ownership/accountability and relevant authorities are clearly identified;

Review outcomes from efficiency projects and draft functional statements and organizational structure with aim to reflect the outcomes;

Support in review of job evaluations and job descriptions pertaining to firm employees and ensure alignment with overall corporate strategy and organizational structure;

Provide support for review of HR policies and update or draft new policies if review indicates gaps;

Review and update the Competency Framework and detailed competencies dictionary to ensure required capability and competencies for the organisation are adequately developed and strengthened;

Coordinate with HR to understand gaps in compensation and reward strategy and frameworks with an aim to provide inputs to enhance the compensation strategy and plans;

Act as an internal HR consultant to provide review and feedback on strategic HR initiatives and plans. Such initiatives may include: performance management frameworks, reward structures, competency models etc

Implement, monitor and evaluate Organizational Excellence initiatives and Quality Management System across the organization to ensure continuous quality improvement and liaise with the business units to ensure the proper implementation.

Participating in preparing the Excellence Plan and the corrective actions based on AD award comments and feedback.
