Main Duties: To effectively execute the recruiting processes, supervise the search process for qualified candidates, coordinate recruiting activities and conduct interviews, assessments and selection of staff and support on boarding and orientation, as required.



Major Responsibilities/Duties:

- Process recruitment requests as delegated and compare requests with approved head count as per approved manpower plan and recruitment plan.

- Coordinate with Manpower Planning regarding job descriptions and specifications and approved manpower to ensure effective targeted recruiting process.

- Suggest selection criteria and execute the recruiting and selection activities in coordination with the requesting managers.

- Identify and recommend recruiting and advertising agencies to support recruiting activities and coordinate with contracted agencies to achieve set objectives.

- Pre-screen CVs and applications from all sources to identify appropriate candidates and provide recommendations to the Head of Recruitment and requesting department.

-Develop interview questions, tests, and approaches suited for different positions and train interviewers on their use to ensure consistent standards.

- Conduct interviews and any applicable tests for candidates with the requesting manager and give recommendations as required.

- Compile interview and assessment reports to facilitate decision making.

- Compile periodic recruiting reports that show the progress and activities of the section from which decisions can be made.

- Provide expertise on recruitment processes, tools and techniques as well as share information on possible markets for talent.

- Coordinate the maintenance of the recruitment database with potential candidates to enhance future recruiting activities.

- Supervise the maintenance and update of the recruiting system for documenting and tracking recruiting and selection process.
