Alcon is currently seeking a Pharmaceutical Medical Representative (EED)to be based in Dubai, UAE and reporting to the District Manager for the area. We are looking for a highly motivated and professional team player with minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in the Sales.





Major Purpose:

Promote product portfolio to ophthalmologists and designated medical professionals in assigned territory in order to achieve or exceed sales objectives defined by management.

Delivering the company strategy with ophthalmologists and pharmacies through active implementation of Sales and marketing programs.



Key Accountabilities:

1.Achievement of actual sales/target in assigned territory

2.Upholding Alcon’s image among ophthalmologists in the territory

3.Delivering and implementing company strategy

4.Support marketing in delivering programs

5.Customer development and care through implementation of tailored support and activities

6.Launch of new products

7.Level of knowledge of products, competition, Alcon marketing guidelines and tools, selling skills and market

8.Respect of procedures and administrative duties
