Brief Posting Description

Design, implement, and support state-of-the-art desktop technologies in order to enhance the corporate business and achieve user satisfaction.



Detailed Description

• Lead and implement projects through planning, studies, purchases and implementations in order to finalise projects and tasks in the agreed timeframe with the necessary quantity, and to enhance the corporate desktop environment

• Propose and design state-of-the-art desktop technologies through research and evaluation of market offering in order to keep the corporate desktop environment up-to-date with the latest technologies

• Create and manage business process/procedure (QMS) by correct documents in order to achieve a standard approach to work practices and technologies

• Coordinates activities related to external (non-QCRI) projects through appropriate planning in order to provide excellent services

• Conduct desktop training programs for the technical staff and users by developing training material and conducting presentations to enhance corporate desktop awareness

• Communicate findings through appropriate wringing and presentation techniques in order to sell new ideas to supervisors and users

• Provide 3rd and 4th level support through appropriate escalation and resolution of issues to achieve users satisfaction

Ensure efficiency through appropriate communication in order to better enhance relations with other departments, vendors and users.
