Job Profile: The Implementation Consultant is responsible for contributing to the strategic direction of CAMMS by providing ongoing client management and obtaining and delivering a range of CAMMS products, services and consulting projects and that meet client needs



The Implementation Consultant will:



Provide input into recommendations relating to business process re-engineering needed to accommodate the successful implementation of CAMMS Product Suite.

Design of solution along with applicable gap analysis and customization requirements.

Ability to identify practical, end-to-end solutions to meet client requirements.

Interact with client staff to address a broad range of operational, technical, and business process issues.

Facilitate training and provide professional support for clients.

Identify and communicate client issues to relevant staff member and effectively manage client expectations.

Provide professional consulting services for clients as required - Strategic Planning, Corporate Planning, Workforce Planning, Long Term Financial Planning (LTFP), Service Reviews etc.

Provide professional consulting services for clients as required.

Make recommendations for additional services (utilising an understanding of the product set and roadmap) and bespoke work if necessary, both within the scope of the original Project and outside the scope of the Project.

Participate in Sales Bids on occasion, encompassing activities such as requirements analysis, solution scoping, solution builds, bespoke specification.
