My client is based in Abu Dhabi and belongs to the Government Sector.
They are currently hiring for an experienced UAE National for the position of Employee Wellness professional to join their Human Capital Division.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible
• To create and track programs intended to improve physical and mental health of employees and their families.
• Maintain a collaborative relationship with organizations and agencies in the community that help meet the objective of the wellness programs created.
• Assist in staff retention and recruitment.
• To typically interact with employee and their families.
• Responsible to implement staff development activities that include new staff, in service training, individual supervision and staff performance appraisal.
• Responsible for all documentation related.
• To add rewards or incentive programs and activities to the company culture as per the budget set.
• To track and evaluate programs defined based on morale, company loyalty etc.
• To track results of wellness programs and advise top management on possible solution to improve or benefits received.
Communication
• Service providers, agencies and organizations regarding assessment, treatment and rehabilitation needs for the required staff.
• Familiarize with formal and informal departmental goals, standards, policies and procedures.
