1)Act as a member of the Greater Middle East (GME) Communications team, aligning with other MCs in the cluster as relevant to ensure consistent activation against the business’s strategic direction, operational activities and priorities.



2)Develop and execute proactive plans and communications strategies for:



a. A strong corporate & employer brand and image, and implement in the GME working with the Communications Managers in all locations / countries.

b. A thorough understanding of company strategy, corporate culture and business understandings across the company which enhances morale and commitment among staff.



3)Develop and sustain strong ties with allied groups and opinion leaders within the industry and the corporate sector.



4)Identify legislative and regulatory opportunities and threats by developing and maintaining networks with government offices and policy makers. Develop strategies and execution of direct lobbying on behalf of the company.



5)Defines communications strategy, plan and budget for the all locations / countries with guidance and agreement of the GME Leader and the Managing Director. Drives implementation and plays an active role in carrying out communications activities in the locations / countries as well as in GME as requested.



6)Ensures consistent, coordinated approach to locations / countries communications - in line with agreed GME communications strategy and priorities, appropriately tailored for all requirements.



7)Manage the relationship with the selected network resources such as PR agencies, production agencies, etc..



8)Select and manage communications channel strategies which most effectively deliver against the defined communications objectives and manages implementation with both efficiency and proficiency.





9)Ensuring an aligned approach across the GME, serving as link to Corporate Directors and broader network related to practice area, managing agency resources and supporting development of GME and locations / countries communications strategies as related to GME.



10)Crisis management of company level issues
