Full Time Regular





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES



Structure local offers for employees on local payroll and follows up on IPRL packages with Global Mobility



Implements assigned projects as delegated (Retention, Internship, ... etc



Supports managers in day-to-day HR activities



Conducts investigations, implements findings and coaching sessions when needed



Develops, implements and coordinates policies and programs covering several of the following: recruiting, training, employee and labor relations, and personnel research.

Counsels managers on HR policies, procedures and programs.

May participate in cross-divisional HR teams.

Communicates HR related programs to managers and employees.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS



Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Master's Degree a plus.

8+ years HR experience.

May require certain professional certifications.



OTHER DETAILS



Broad knowledge of several HR principles, practices, and procedures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently with multiple people at many levels and work as part of a team.

Effective management skills.
