Maintains booking of conference/meeting rooms may it be internal or external guest in coordination with Account Executive and Sales Manager.
Handles group arrivals in coordination with the Front Office Supervisor from check-in and check-out.
Promotes a helpful and professional image to the client and gives full co-operation to any costumer requiring assistance with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude
Prioritizes and performs accordingly, ensures guest requirements and urgent correspondence is handled immediately with speed and efficiency.
Takes all necessary action in the day to day Business Centre functioning
Takes care of guests personal requests such as; flight re-confirmation, meeting schedules, secretarial liaising requirements etc.
Operates and maintains the manual and technical equipment (Fax machine, Internet station, printer, scanner, photocopying, lamination, etc.) and ensures in is operational.
Maintains a systematic and organized filing system and regularly checks, updates and reorganizes cabinets when required.
Prepares General Store requisition and purchase requests on a regular basis ensures that supplies for Front Office Department are available in stock whilst being cost conscious and ensuring minimum waste.

Maintains quality standards: hygiene, grooming, etiquette/protocol with emphasis on personality development.
Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems and record keeping.
Knows how to do cashiering in Opera System to be able to update the guest folio.
Knowledge of modern business communication, including style and format letters, memoranda, minutes and reports.
Has an understanding and flexible attitude towards the guests special requests.
Co-operates in the performance of any reasonable task requested by the management.
Types reports, letters, memos, forms and correspondence, including those of a confidential nature, invoices and invitations.
Maintains the file of Front Office Department.
Prepares photocopies, courier services of documents and parcels for the hotel guests/patrons.
Operates answering services and mail services for hotel guests/patrons.
Prepares forms/correspondence on the Work Processor for guests.
Maintains reference library of business guides, maps, etc. for hotel guests/patrons.
Maintains all business machines in the department.
Co-operates in the performance of any reasonable task requested by the management
Fully knowledgeable of the Property Management system (PMS) including all operational and reporting functions.
