Responsible for managing and delivering the day to day marketing activities.

Contribute in the development of the annual marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives.

Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers (including preparation, proof reading and liaising with designers/printers).

Ensure the smooth execution of marketing promotions (Rooms, F&B, Meetings and Events) and Public Relations activities for the hotel.

Ensure information on hotel website and other third-party websites are accurate and updated.

Assists the Director of Sales & Marketing/Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure consistent application of brand guidelines.

Prepare press releases for approval.

Distribute press releases to appropriate local trade and consumer media.

Assist in maintaining an effective working relationship with all members of target media, electronic and print, local, national and international in order to encourage and maximize coverage of all events and promotions for the Somewhere Hotels.

Coordinate with potential sponsors for events/promotions within the hotel.

Assist in handling events with the concerned departments within the hotel to make sure that all branding is as per the standards of the Somewhere Hotels.

Assist to execute online and social marketing activities.

Assist in the preparation of photo shoots.

Maintain, build and update a mailing database.

Maintains up-to-date, accurate and systematic manual and e-filing system to catalogue all documents and photographs for reference and retrieval on brand communications.
