About the Job:



The selected candidate will be responsible for the checking and binning of parts and/or the picking and delivery of parts within our PDC department.



The job holder's responsibilities will be:

* To see that the consignment received are unloaded on time and without any damages.

* Ensure that all the parts are checked and binned as per the binning list and as per the KPI laid down.

* To report any discrepancy found in the consignment and take corrective action to rectify the same.

* Ensure that GDR are prepared accordingly to account for the discrepancies.

* Ensure that service agreement to the branches is fulfilled on day to day basis



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Produce quality work with minimum job stoppage.

* Ensure SOP is followed in all sections in all sections at all times.

* Actively participate in 5S and Kaizen initiatives and activities in PDC Centre.

* Ensure company safety policies and procedures are followed always.

* Ensure to go Extra mile whenever required. Ensure team work and performance enhancement.



JOB CONTEXT

* Focus on PDC objective of zero delay and zero defect.

* Actively participate in 5s & Kaizen activities in PDC.

* Comply with company and distributor policy towards achievement of objectives and targets.

* Ensure Customer receives his/car car in pristine condition, defect free & delivered on time.

* Ensure communication with team and section foreman to strengthen supply chain.

* Maintain workplace efficiency and safety
