• Adept at managing administrative activities, purchase of equipments, maintenance, procurement of office tools, Manage office housekeeping, safety, security, employee induction etc.
• Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
• Budgeting and cost control measures, Monitoring Budget vis a vis variance.

• Processing visa related issues of State Corps employees in UAE.
• Processing the company license related issues on coordination with consultancy companies.
