1. MANAGE RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENT IN COORDINATION WITH REGIONAL MANAGER AND PROJECT ASSIGNED PM :



a. Represent firm in front of the Client and his Representatives and Project Managers.

b. Ensure the Consultancy Services agreement is mutually respected.

c. Advise the RM & PM on invoices once a certain design stage is completed.

d. Maintain a good relationship with the Client and his Representatives, keeping at the same time firm's interests.

e. Reviews project schedule to achieve the goals of projects.



2. REVIEWS DESIGN :



a. Provide assistance and advice to the design team concerning design issues.

b. Upgrade team abilities and productivity by organizing site visits, presentation sessions and discussion panels.

c. Follow directions of the assigned PM and RM.



3. MANAGE RELATIONSHIP WITH AUTHORITIES :



a. Ensure that project’s documentation is submitted to Authorities on time to obtain the necessary permits and NOCs.

b. Ensure that project’s design receives timely preliminary approvals from authorities

c. Represent firm in front of Authorities and attend approval discussions.

d. Ensure the start of site works are not hindered by permitting issues.

e. Ensure design works are done in compliance with the applicable codes locally



4. PROVIDE OPINION & SUGGESTIONS TO IMPROVE WORK :

a. Provide opinions and suggestions to improve the work environment, conditions, productivity and procedures to the PM, RM of the firm.
