• Assist in establishing design standards, planning and programming based on clients’ functional requirement while meeting conceptual design needs.
• Produce computer generated renderings, graphs, charts, overlays and isometric drawings from detailed sketches.
• Utilize CAD, 3Ds Max or hand drafting to communicate design concepts to clients and collegues.
• Analyze architecture sketches, notes and complete other output material to determine the best approach for the competition of drawings.
• Maintains technical knowledge and expertise in the field of architectural design, planning, designing, drawing and rendering software whichever is applicable.
• Develop and produce design to detail and to produce all necessary detailed construction drawings, diagrams specifications and schedules etc. to enable the building contractor to carry out the works to a satisfactory standard.
