Public Relations-establishing excellent business relations with the corporations, government departments and other external partners. This includes paying visits to key officers in the previous mentioned organizations once every month.
Customer Satisfaction- provide effective support for training coordinators and training managers in order to maintain a very good students satisfaction rate. This includes meeting participants and corporate clients whenever they have complaints related to the services offered.
Marketing- supporting the marketing efforts of the College marketing team by providing guidance and joining them in some visits to key clients.
Market Research, Initializing and following up on projects Training Courses, design & development of programs related to Training.
Campus Appearance and Building Maintenance- effectively manage the administration supervisor of the campus in order to make sure that the building is clean, well maintained, hygienic, the furniture is well organised, the toilets are clean and adequately supplied with soap and tissues, and the decoration looks good.
Human Resource Management- effectively manage the administration supervisor to make sure that accurate time keeping is recorded for all staff working at the campus including senior staff such as Training Managers. The campus Manager is also responsible to maintaining conducive learning environment that encourages all staff members and students to study/work in a quiet and healthy environment, staff professional development programs are well implemented and staff discipline and motivation programs are well implemented as well.
Quality Management- ensure that the policies and procedures of KIC quality management system are faithfully adhered to in all operations carried out at the campus. This includes:
Initiation and verification of preventive and corrective actions in order to prevent non-conformities related to the Training programs.
o Controlling of non-conformity products until deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
o Identification, recording and reporting of problems in relation to the training programs, processes and recommend solutions for these problems.
Implementing Code of Conduct and legal aspects
Providing, controlling and approving training schedules for College‘s employees-Training building and ensuring that all the employees are appropriately trained
Having key responsibility in implementing the Health & Safety & Environmental Protection Management System
Ensuring that the College upholds the Health & Safety & Environmental Protection Laws of the .
