- BSc, BEng, BA degree
- Minimum 20 years of experience in which 7 years are in infrastructure and roads projects
- Familiar with requirements of Project Works Authority (PWA) in Qatar
- Experience within the Middle East region preferred
- Western qualification is essential
- Chartered Status/Professional License essential
- Nationality: Open
