Position Overview



Yaghmour Contracting seeks an energetic, highly-organized, and adaptable professional to work on our Recruitment and Admissions team . The Recruiting Specialist will report directly to the Recruiting Manager and will support the development and management of key work streams for the Recruitment and Admissions team.



Recruiting Specialist Responsibilities:



• Maintain a large database of candidates, initiating and recording candidate touch-points

• Coordinate logistics for events (presentations, career fairs, recruiting receptions, group interview days, etc); and track event data (attendance, outcomes, expenses, etc.)

• Update social media posts (LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook) and track candidate responses

• Monitor and post job descriptions for Fellowship programs on job boards and job search engines

• Respond to candidate inquiries in a helpful and timely manner during the recruiting cycle

• Research candidate backgrounds and recommend strong candidates for outreach

• Support Recruiting and Admissions team with a wide range of data entry and analysis

• Take on additional ad hoc projects not listed in the areas above
