 Efficiently and accurately maintain and update inventory records following inventory management procedures

 Reconcile inventory to book records

 Make necessary adjustments or corrections, including results of various counts, under the direction of the Inventory Control Manager

 Identify and research the cause of inventory discrepancies, and report them to management for analysis and process improvement

 Effectively communicate with operation and accounting departments to resolve issues

 Drive continuous improvement on inventory control processes through reporting analysis

 Assist with coordination and execution of annual physical inventory

 Perform other duties as required
