Under the supervision of the HR Manager, the successful candidate will lead and develop the Qatarization initiatives at CNA-Qatar and will be responsible for:
•Leading the strategic initiatives to attract and retain Qatari nationals including; recruitment, compensation and benefits, benchmarking and market trends.
•Induction & training programs for Qatari employees.
•Qatari Workforce Planning at CNA-Q.
•Identifying suitable positions and implementing Learning & Development Plans for Qataris.
•Establishing and maintaining quality relationships and liaison with; the Ministry of Labor and other government bodies, industry, CNA-Q leadership, faculty, staff and the wider community.
•Establishing and leading communication, liaison and advocacy strategies with Qatari Staff.
•Advocating for and leading Qatari cultural activities at CNA-Q.
•Performing any other related tasks as required.
