• The primary objective of this role is identifying training and development needs within the organisation through completion of training needs analysis through mediums such as appraisals, regular consultation with heads of service, the leadership team et cetera
• Assist the Group Leadership Development Manager in developing, and designing the Performance Management and Skill Profiling Program.
