1.Plan and accomplish the sales targets and continuously increase our share in the market.
2.Understand Customer needs and contribute in forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
3.Greet customers and respond to all their enquiries and requests.
4.Achieve maximum quality of service and exceed Customer expectations.
5.Create the spirit of teamwork between members in order to achieve the targeted level of sales.
6.Create Customer records in system database and assure the accuracy of data entered according to company standards and regulations.
7.Prepare Customer quotations after checking availability date of items, communicate any changes and/or alternatives to the customer.
8.Contact customers to follow up and confirm quotations and ensure that the system is regularly updated.
9.Evaluate customer trends, calculate sales data and prepare the monthly sales forecast.
10.Ensure the correct usage of the handheld device, if applicable.
11.Ensure the clear and proper display of price tags.
12.Ensure the continuous availability and proper placement of items in the assigned area.
