My client is a Global Multinational Health care business and is rapidly expanding in the Saudi Arabian market.

Our client a big player within the Health care / Pharmaceutical industry has huge growth plans for the KSA market and is currently seeking a HR Generalist / Specialist for their offices in Riyadh.

This role will report into the HR Manager - Middle East and shall have a dotted line to the Saudi General Manager The HR Generalist shall coordinate for the complete execution and compliance of the Saudization Program and also perform generic HR duties, where duties shall include but are not limited to:

- Identifying and sourcing professional candidates for recruitment and providing opportunities for development to maximize their potential.

- Establishing training and professional development programs including behavioural and professional competencies.

- Developing sustainable career progression paths to help retain professional Saudi Arab Nationals.

- Liaise with local universities in attracting suitable and qualified Saudi Nationals graduates.

- Establish a suitable graduate and internship programme for the KSA market.

- Establish a successful on-boarding schedule for Saudi Nationals and ensure that new joiners are successfully integrated into the business and it's culture.

- This role shall also have general HR duties encompassed.
