Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas.
Supervising and follow up daily cleaning performance and maintaining of all areas by the vendors.
Ensure that all vendors staff are well groomed and hygiene.
Maintain clear and efficient communication and coordination with the facility management team/technicians and other departments.
To attract, motivate and retain staff. Provide leadership support and is readily accessible to staff.
Assist in interviewing, training, development, empowerment, coaching and counseling of staff.
Conduct performance reviews and progressive discipline.
Log all maintenance related calls.
Follow up on all observed issues and maintenance points.
Establish a congenial relationship with the business units and address their grievances.
Visit all FGB premises to ensure up keeping of all FGB premises as per schedule from HK Manag
Always keep all FGB premises maintained to the customer and team satisfaction.
Refer and follow through on requests, concerns, issues from FGB team members to the team satisfaction.
Monitor and perform inventories monthly. Ensure enough consumables in line with cost control.
Assist with budgeting and financial planning of the department.
Manage operating expenses to minimize costs while still maintaining excellent services
Immediately reporting and documenting to management any observed or known hazards, conditions, or unsafe practices and procedures.
