As the Administrative Assistant an integral member of the administrative team, the candidate will provide support to the Department Director, and Manager
Job Responsibilities and Requirements
• Must have a strong background in CTC & Ministry of Electricity and Water (MEW) tendering procedures and projects.
• Follow up on agency agreements expiration dates and advise the department head in advance to pursue renewals.
• Follow Up Vendor Approvals with client such as KNPC, KOC, etc.
• Pre-qualification of Principals with major clients such as KNPC, KOC, MEW, MPW amongst others.
• Process RFQs, Purchase Orders, and communicate with principals to effectively make offers to clients with managers approval.
• Provide Cross functional backup support to administrative team as needed.
• Perform other related assignments/projects as team may dictate.
• Maintain Office supplies stock to ensure availability of stationary, printer cartridges, files and other items necessary for the day to day functioning of the department.
• Filing documents and project related information in a neat and organized manner.
