Job Profile



Maintain QE MS servers, MS operating systems, and MS applications operational and up-to-date. Ensure patching and upgrades are implemented in a timely manner. Maintain backup and ensure data integrity and security.

Key Accountabilities



• Maintenance of a referential for MS servers, associated operating systems, applications, and versions.

• Monitoring of the servers, the OSs, the clusters, and the applications and implementation of automated monitoring tools.

• Scheduling and implementing systems patching and upgrades.

• Backup operation and monitoring.

• Follow up security patches release, testing and installing them.

• Trouble shooting any issues with MS systems and applications and escalating major issues.
