• Management of the finance function and overseeing the finance team. • Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows • Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes • Preparation of Monthly Consolidated Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet • Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash. • Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports • Financial modelling and analysis • Cash management and treasury duties • Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained • Overseeing the Payroll process • Preparation of VAT returns • Develop and implement policies and procedures as required to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure. • Assist the Executive Directors and the Board Treasurer with financial reporting as required at Board meetings and the Annual General Meetings and provide advice to support the decision making process
