We are hiring a number of Call Center Agents on behalf of a renowned bank in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Major day to day job responsibilities include:
1. Respond to customer enquiries on various banking products, services available through the bank
2. Identity and escalate customer's unresolved concerns to the concerned departments at the bank.
3. Execute banking transaction and provide details to the customers on the current promotions.
4. Building and retaining customer relationship.
