Reporting to - General Manager/ Operations Manager



Our client, master developer of major tourism cultural and residential destinations is looking for a restaurant manager in Abu Dhabi.



Duties include:



• Attend meetings with the project management/operations development team to ensure all aspects of the unit are operationally viable and as per requested specification.

• Oversee all aspects of procurement for front and back of house restaurant operations.

• Oversee all aspects of recruitment, selection and training for restaurant.

• Responsibility for maintaining all pre opening budgets and strategic development of concept for restaurant.

• Implementing best practice benchmarks with regards to front and back of house service.

• Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) in conjunction with the Ops team.

• Develop a sales and marketing plan in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing team.
