Main Responsibilities
1.Handling the day-to-day functions of the sales & leasing consultant, this will include renting, buying, listing and/or selling properties for Provident Estate clientele.
2.Building relationship with clients in order to understand and accommodate their requirements until such time as the appropriate property and /or Buyer is found.
3.Understanding the current market price and advising clients on real time expected prices for both buyers/seller landlords and tenants. Assessing buyer’s/tenant’s needs and locate properties for their consideration.
4.Taking prospective buyers/tenants to view potential properties. Promote sales/leasing of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services. Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
5. Reviewing and explain contract and laws to all parties involved ensuring transparency of the transaction.
