· Recommend how Group RM standards/policies/methodologies can be adapted in the light of local/regional laws/regulations and business environment;

· When needed or required, provide training and assistance on RM framework and methodologies to other BU’s function;

· Engage/advise business management in their risk identification, assessment and control design;

· Engage with the different business functions in order to support the alignment between BU's risk exposure to its risk appetite;

· Track operational incidents and ensure lessons-learned are shared and action implemented for incident-prevention;

· Validate, challenge and advise on risk self assessments completed by management;

· Represent RM function in local/regional key change or strategic initiatives and ensure that risks are identified and addressed;

· Plan and conduct risk reviews either in areas of significant risk exposure or in key business areas.

· Establish and maintain regular contact with the control assurance functions to ensure that identified risks mitigated;

· Establish and maintain management reports to highlight risk profiles, material risk exposures, and any operational losses arising from business activities.
