• handle the recruitment of all incoming positions.• Meet with clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements (whenever necessary)• Make sure that all contracts are signed as per the company procedure before proceeding with any client.• Review each client's requisition and discuss the requirements with the client.• Advertise vacancies by placing adverts in a wide range of media, newspapers, websites, job portals, etc.• Attract candidates and match them to positions with client companies.• Source candidates for current vacancies through internal database, online job sites, or headhunting.• Interview and assess prospective candidates and match their qualifications with available job vacancies.• Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;• Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;• Organise interviews for candidates as requested by the client;• Follow up with clients on the results of the interviews and communicate it with the candidates.• Negotiate pay benefits and finalise arrangements between client and candidates;• Manage the relocation, transfer and on boarding process of selected candidates to the clients' company.• Develop and maintain network of contacts with external recruitment agencies and other parties to help identify and source qualified candidates. • Manage the relationship with external partners, evaluate them regularly, and resolve any problem that might arise with them.• Assist clients with their inquiries, handle client’s complaint, and investigate any suspected drop in the clients’ satisfaction to maintain a high level of satisfaction.• Achieve the targets set in terms of number of vacancies closed, total amount of billed invoices, etc.• Maintain an updated vacancies list and candidates database at all times.• Maintain complete and supported records as per company Policies & Procedures.• Ensure that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manual and electronically is maintained at all times.• Ensure that each client has a separate file with all necessary documents.• Secure client’s information by completing database backups; and keeping information confidential.
