LSA Station Supervisor Job Purpose:Undertake a range of management duties associated with the running of the station and servicing activities assuring of providing customer with a high level of service and a rapid, flexible response to their requirements

Responsibilities include: • Manage and lead Service team in the LSA service station (Staff Shift Schedule, Job service assignment, control of overtime….)• Organize service schedule• Work with workshop personnel to evaluate required repair and associated cost and Prepare estimation for customers in coordination with Team Leader.• Coordinate and Control relations with other departments (sales, Logistics, agent/customers / port authorities) to ensure a smooth running of the service • Introduce or implement good working method and ensure a supportive environment and a workplace that challenges, inspires and creates the conditions conducive to learning.• Ensuring that the service is performed as per the standards and time management of the personnel to ensure on time service delivery • Carry out quality control checks and assist QA/QC manager in the process of continuous improvement and implementation of Quality policy• Deliver briefings to personnel in relation to operations and give technical support to LSA Station staff but also Sales and QA/QC department• Prepare necessary documentation and certification when needed for vessel.• Request for necessary parts, in coordination with relevant team leader.• Follow up with the purchasing section the required parts or materials. • Assure that equipment and tools used for service are in good working condition• Provide technical documentation and follow quality standards, safety guidelines when working in house or onboard.• Follow quality standards that comply to IMO regulations such Solas Regulations.• Measure the performance of the workshop staff.• Practice Cost Control
