 Installs and removes software from computer systems and networks, diagnoses and repairs technical issues and plans, designs, implements and administers user networks for companies.

 Provides hardware, software maintenance, training consultation, recommendations about future planning and development of resources.

 Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner to insure maximum access to existing IT services and resources.

 Provides client service via telephone, email and face-to-face contact.

 Ensure that all company hardware equipment and software work properly.

 Overseeing Helpdesk support related to troubleshooting of hardware, software and network systems.

 Provide Team orientation on how to deal with new users who are to be trained on existing technology

 Organize training schedules for staff members on existing technology

 Provide individual training and support on request

 Provide recommendations about accessing information and support

 Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources

 Troubleshoot all technology issues.

 Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance.

 Provide network access to all staff and students.

 Install, connect and setups work stations.

 Load all required software

 Provide network accounts and passwords as required

 Monitor security of all technology

 Install and maintain Foolproof and passwords

 Advise staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status

 Ensure installation of lock out programs

 Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when appropriate

 Ensure hardware is stripped and secured before disposal.

 Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health and Safety policy

 Maintains a strategic working relationship with team and all key departments.
