Serves as first line of support for client service requests being received by phone, email or SMS.
Coordinate and redirect the client service requests to the required level of technical support.
Providing clients with access to readily available IT support.
Monitor and follow-up on tasks completed by technical support personnel.
Provides client with IT service via telephone, email.
Distribute client service requests according to availability of technical software Engineer.
Troubleshoots hardware, software through remote access.
Provide short over the phone orientation to new users of existing technology.
Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
Assist in providing network access to all staff and students
Provide network accounts and passwords as required
Advise staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status
Ensure installation of lock out programs
Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety & Environment Management System requirements
Maintains a strategic working relationship with team and all key departments.
