Main Accountabilities
• Make the transfers from raw materials warehouse to production warehouse on daily basis
• Enter production on daily basis based on production report. Notify on deviations from production formula
• Report scrap at production lines
• Make transfers of FG from production warehouse to sales warehouse on daily basis
• Make transfers of FG from sales warehouse to production warehouse if any.
• Post transfers from Sales warehouse to vans and from vans to sales warehouse and damaged warehouse on daily basis.
• Follow up on the damaged products inventory.
• Report any stock shortage to be recorded on salesmen.
• Change the production bill of materials when the production formula is changed upon the request of the production manager.
• Checking and follow up with the store keeper the FG stock on daily basis. Opening inventory, transfers to vans, closing inventory…..etc.
• Make sure that all products appearing on the ERP inventory list for a given day are physically found in the stores.
• Report dormant items on monthly basis.
• Check cost of products as generated by the ERP.
• Physical inventory of random FG and RM items on weekly basis.
• Physical inventory checking at the end of the month compare it to the ERP inventory and he must explain any variances. This must be done for the Raw materials warehouse, finished goods warehouse, and the production area and warehouses. In case of variances a report must be raised, and management will decide to record the variances on the store keepers or on the company.
• Physical stock counts at year end with the presence of the auditors of the FG, RM, Spare parts and inventories, and compare it to the ERP.
