Specific job duties:
• Proactive and able to drive the strategy in line with company’s overall business plan to expand the FTTx businesses and develop new customers;
• Answers technical RFI/RFP questions from various customers efficiently and on time bound basis and coordinate with the internal teams when needed;
• Prepare and present to the existing and prospective customers solutions, capabilities via technology demos, presentations and discussions;
• Proactively follow with the clients and develop an effective professional relationship with the clients for a sustainable successful business partnership;
• Proactively manage key accounts on a continuous basis, ensure customers satisfactions, tracking key deliverables and maintain a strong customer relationship;
• Is the prime point of contact for handling technical and commercial quarries before the sales or contract execution;
• Assists in planning and conducting mid/high-level meetings with customers and prospects;
• Other sales related duties
